TroKar’s TK125 melds the base TK120 Magworm hook with the TroKar BARB, a streamlined bait-retention unit made of copolymers to stay in place during casting and placed on the Z-Bend portion of the hook. Like all TroKar hooks, TK125 offers the durability and strength of TroKar’s Q741 hi-carbon steel wire, while the tempering process refines the hook to a precise, sharp point. TK125 is offered in sizes 3/0, 4/0, 5/0 and 6/0.
For strong salmon and steelhead, the 14 technique-specific additions to the S-Curve Series are reinforced with a 1K, high-density, woven graphite cloth extending from the oversized fighting butt past the foregrip to increase hook-setting power 23% and improve fish-fighting strength. The stainless-steel guides, with zirconium rings, are lighter and avoid cracking, breaking or becoming grooved when used with the braided line.
