The P.O. Ken Tietjen Memorial Foundation, in cooperation with The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, announces the second annual Blue Valor Run, a one-day, 226-mile charity motorcycle ride beginning at Ground Zero in New York City and ending at Police Week in Washington, D.C.
