For those who enforce the law, Horace Small’s Enforcer Jacket offers a windproof, waterproof and breathable membrane over a zip-out Primaloft liner. The Enforcer Jacket’s durable, water-resistant finish on the fabric and zippers also keeps moisture out, while the micro-fleece lining on the neck and inside hand-warmer pockets adds extra warmth. The concealed snap-front storm flap and tunnel collar stop cold from entering the jacket, but pit zips allow for ventilation. In consideration of officers’ unique storage needs, the jacket contains two large, inverted pleat pockets with hex flaps with dual entry and hidden drop-down storage; two outside hand-warmer pockets; one zippered Napoleon pocket on the left chest; three interior security pockets; and a left forearm pocket with zipper closure. A storage pocket on the zippered, detachable hood sold separately allows for a custom logo and sealing. Other officer-specific features include a 23-inch back ike length for weapons access and an elastic back waistband that tapers to the front for increased fit and duty belt access. Additionally, nylon utility loops provide a place to clip mics, concealed 3M Scotchlite retro-reflective sleeve bands give visibility when needed and epaulets on each shoulder enhance the uniform look.
